The serious lack of persons in the store! There was alot of merchandise on the shelves that was overpriced, and alot of staff standing around looking bored! I think the location was not well scouted out as just because it is in an upscale mall, huge sales are not guaranteed. I will give this place about maybe one and a half or two years before they close that location. The book business is low margin, cut throat at the best of times and based on today's shaky economy, the timing could not be worse for that store to have opened there!
